Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED · July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DreamPeak Builders (“DreamPeak Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, talk with our chat concierge, or request a consultation. We keep it plain, and we keep it honest.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information we collect through this website and the tools on it, and when you contact us or engage us for remodeling and construction services. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, or to information you share with third parties outside our services. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and plan your project.
Information you provide
- Contact and inquiry details — your name, phone number, email address, city or neighborhood, and the details of the project you describe in the contact form or the chat.
- Chat conversations — the messages you exchange with our AI concierge, including any contact details or preferences you choose to share in it.
- Appointment information — the consultation time you select and the contact details associated with it.
- Communications — records of your emails, calls, and messages with us, and your marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs — like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security, diagnostics, and reliability.
- A chat session identifier — a random ID stored in your browser so a single chat conversation can be kept together and its message limit enforced. It is not used to track you across other sites.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or health data), and you should not send it to us through the website or chat.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you fill out a form, use the chat, call, email, or book a consultation.
- Automatically, through your browser and our hosting infrastructure as described above.
- From service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our hosting, database, email, and AI providers), acting on our behalf.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on free consultations and appointments.
- To provide, plan, estimate, and perform remodeling and construction services.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and chat concierge.
- To send you information you request and, with your consent where required, occasional updates.
- To keep records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. The AI chat concierge
Our website includes an AI assistant that answers questions and can help you book a consultation. To generate its replies, the messages in your conversation are processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. We use the conversation to answer you and, if you choose, to capture your contact details and appointment preferences so our team can follow up. The assistant is informational only — please don’t share sensitive personal or financial information in it.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
We keep this simple. We use only essential browser storage — chiefly the random chat session identifier described above — to make the site and chat work. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics or other non-essential technologies in the future, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent. You can clear site data at any time through your browser settings; doing so simply resets your chat session.
7. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, and only with parties who are obligated to protect it:
- Hosting & infrastructure providers that serve the website.
- Database & authentication provider, where leads and appointments are securely stored.
- Email delivery providers used to notify our team of new inquiries.
- AI providers that power the chat concierge, as described above.
- Professional advisors (such as legal or accounting) when reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DreamPeak Builders, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Our providers operate in the United States. We do not sell your data or share it for others’ advertising.
8. Calls, texts & email
When you give us your phone number or email and ask us to contact you, you consent to receiving calls, text messages, and emails from us about your inquiry, consultation, and project. Message and data rates may apply. These are not automated marketing blasts — they’re how we follow up on what you asked about. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing contact@dreampeakbuilders.com. We may still send transactional messages needed to complete something you requested.
9. How long we keep it
We keep lead, appointment, and communication records for as long as needed to serve you, to run and improve our business, and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs — then we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below), subject to any records we’re required to keep.
10. Your privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, obtain a copy of it, or stop contacting you. To make a request, email contact@dreampeakbuilders.com or call +1 (206) 886-2439. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal information:
- Washington residents. Washington law provides heightened protection for certain data, including consumer health data. We do not collect health data through this site, and we honor requests to access or delete your information.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
- Other states. If your state grants similar rights, we extend the same access, correction, and deletion options to you.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we don’t track you across sites or sell your data, these signals don’t change what little we collect — but we respect the intent behind them.
12. How we protect it
We use reputable providers and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including access controls and encrypted transport — to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to keep your data protected and will notify you and the authorities as required by law in the event of a breach that affects you.
13. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
Our site links to third-party resources (for example, permitting portals and industry references) for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices — their own policies govern your use of them.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
16. How to contact us
