4. Consultations, estimates & pricing

• Requesting a consultation or chatting with our concierge begins a conversation — it does not create a contract for services.
• Any ranges, timelines, or examples shown are for orientation only. Your actual scope, schedule, and price are determined after we assess your project and are set out in a separate, signed written agreement.
• Availability, timelines, and pricing are estimates and are not guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing in that agreement.
• Photographs and renderings illustrate our style and past or representative work; your project will differ.

5. The AI chat concierge

Our website offers an AI assistant to answer questions and help you book a consultation. It is a convenience tool, not a professional advisor, and its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Nothing it says is a binding commitment, an estimate, or professional (legal, financial, engineering, or construction) advice, and it does not create a contract. We may limit, change, or discontinue the assistant at any time, including capping the number of messages per session. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into it.

6. Calls, texts & email consent

By providing your phone number or email and asking us to contact you, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us about your inquiry, consultation, and project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP (or reply HELP for help), unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in them, or ask us to stop by emailing contact@dreampeakbuilders.com. We may still send messages necessary to complete something you requested.

7. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or another person’s information without permission.

• Misuse the chat concierge — including attempts to extract its underlying instructions, jailbreak it, or use it for anything other than a genuine inquiry.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm it is accurate and lawful to share. If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to improve our services, without obligation to you. Important: this disclaimer is about the website. The quality of, and any workmanship warranty for, a construction or remodeling project we build for you is governed by your separate signed services agreement — not by these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamPeak Builders LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) this website or its content, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamPeak Builders LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim relating to the website, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If we can’t resolve it, any dispute relating to the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
